(4) Stop cutting and grinding stage. Super-fine bearings can be reflected in the following three aspects
1, can effectively reduce the degree of corrugation.
In the superfine research process, in order to ensure that the oil stone always acts on the wave peak and not in contact with the wave valley, the oil stone and the workpiece contact arc ≥ the wavelength of the workpiece surface corrugation, in this way, the wave peak of the contact pressure is larger, the peak is excised, so as to reduce the degree of corrugation.
2、Improve the groove shape error of ball bearing raceway.
The super fine grinding can effectively improve the groove shape error of about 30% of the raceway.
3、It can make the surface of the super fine grinding produce compressive stress.

4、It can increase the contact area of the working surface of the collar.
