2. The small clearance gear type rotary drive is generally used in the working conditions with high precision requirements, high speed and overturning moment. If the clearance is too large, it will affect the rotation accuracy of the ball bearing, which is not conducive to the stable operation of the equipment.

At high speed, the large clearance will cause the rotary drive to vibrate and generate noise. Especially when the high speed is installed vertically, a small clearance must be used. . Excessive clearance under the condition of overturning moment will cause unstable rotation and affect the normal use of the equipment.

3. Negative clearance gear type rotary drives are generally used in occasions with particularly high precision requirements. Under the working conditions with particularly high precision requirements, the clearance will not only affect the rotary accuracy, making the equipment unable to run smoothly, and will affect the transmission of the rotary drive.
